Frequently Asked Questions:
Do you have off-street parking?
Yes, we have an off-street car
park for 8 cars and unlimited free on-street
parking.
Do we need sleeping bags and cooking
equipment?
All our beds are fully made-up and
the kitchen is fully equipped, you just need to bring your
food.
Do babies and children pay less for their
accommodation?
As a rule of thumb, we charge a
room price. If one parent and a child book a twin room, they will
pay the twin room price. However, if parents are happy to
accommodate a child in a port-a-cot or mattress on the floor, they
will not be charged for babies and pre-schoolers (up to 5 years).
Children between 5 and 11, who sleep in with their parents, will be
charged ½ price. Children 12 years and over, will pay full price.
Not all rooms are suitable for extra children. If you are travelling
with children, contact us, and we will work out together how we can
accommodate your needs.
I am arriving late, are you open 24 hours per
day?
Our office hours are 8.30 am to 8
pm (7 pm in wintertime). If we know that you are arriving after
hours, we will leave information for you at the reception desk and
catch up with you in the morning.
